Tazkeys optimise listings on a day to day basis by closely monitoring factors such as local visitor numbers, seasonal changes and local events. We adjust the structure of the listing resulting in optimum occupancy rates and ensuring your listing performs to its fullest potential.

You don’t have to wait until the end of the month for your payout. You will receive an itemised invoice detailing the income, fees and outgoings of the property. The balance will be transferred into your nominated account mid monthly and at the end of each month.
